Verdict
Compared to previous years Elvis' singing has become a bit sloppy, but he's still in fine voice and good mood. As a result the concerts are entertaining and nice to hear.

The ultimate site about the king of the analogue age
Follow That Dream Records ran out of shows with unique setlists a long time ago. Knowing that none of the remaining concerts is interesting enough to generate relevant sales, the label decided to pool recordings of a certain period and release them in packages like "Summer Of '76" or "The Last Tours".
In March 2025 FTD offered an auditory travel back half a century and a visit of four of the concerts Elvis gave in the summer of 1975. In detail we get to hear soundboard recordings of the matinee on June 2nd in Mobile/Alabama, the evening show on June 5th in Houston/Texas, the afternoon show on June 7th in Shreveport/Louisiana and the matinee on June 8th in Jackson/Mississippi. The mono recordings were mastered by Jan Eliasson and sound quite good, considering the source. The four compact discs are housed in a fold-out digipak, which is nicely designed with phtos from the shows and ticket stubs. It might not be surprising, that FTD still avoids digital distribution and sticks to the almost deserted cd format.
None of the shows was taped in its entirety. The opening "Also Sprach Zarathustra" as well as "See See Rider" are missing on all of the recordings, in Houston and Shreveport the engineer also missed out the closer "Can't Help Falling In Love" and the "Closing Riff". Since Elvis began and ended almost each and every concert this way, nobody should loose any sleep over these shortcomings.
